5 x 10 - $45.00 per month
10 x 10 - $80.00 per month
10 x 14 - $95.00 per month
10 x 20 - $130.00 per month
10 x 28 - $175.00 per month

Deposit & Payment Info
* A $25.00 administrative fee is required at move in.
* First month is pro-rated depending on move in date. All bills following are due
the 1st of every month.
* We accept debit or credit cards.
* Late fee of $10.00 when account is 10 days overdue.
* Do not store any food, fruit or grains in your locker.
* Also recommended in long term non-climate controlled storage units; locker should be opened periodically to circulate fresh air and double check condition of your items and to prevent moisture accumulation over long periods of time.
* Furnish your own lock
* Reinstatement fee of $40.00 will be charged once written notice for nonpayment (as required by Maine law) has been provided to lessee.
